Publication depends on acceptance by the Scientific Committee, compliance with the deadlines and formatting rules, and payment of the participation fee.

The participation fee is 200 RON per paper and is paid into the account of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, RO77TREZ701504601X000416, Treasury of Sector 1, with the reference "Taxa de participare la Conferinta Internationala a Catedrei de Administratie si Management Public - Capacitatea institutiilor publice de aplicare a reformei administrative".

The participation fee covers:

• Publication of the paper
• The conference folder, containing:
  • The book of abstracts, printed by Editura ASE with ISBN
  • The brochure of the Department of Administration and Public Management
  • The conference programme
• Lunch
• Water, soft drinks and coffee

Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the participants.
